The Making of Coach TL
Growing up, I watched talented artists, exceptional athletes, and creative minds excel in their gifts — and I often wondered where I fit in. Even in environments filled with talent, I felt I didn’t have a single “craft” to claim as my own. But as I continued supporting students, teams, and colleagues, something became unmistakably clear: my strength wasn’t in performance — it was in guidance.
Throughout my career, leaders, supervisors, and even peers consistently sought me out for direction, clarity, and perspective. Whether it was navigating challenges, mediating situations, or offering strategic advice, people naturally came to me when they needed support and a path forward.
Over the years, I realized that my true skill lies in seeing through complexity, helping others untangle their challenges, and guiding them through uncertainty with both care and vision. Coaching wasn’t just something I did — it was who I had always been.

The Problem Solver My mission is to simply help you swiftly unravel, sort out, reconfigure all that is in the way of you creating and/or executing a plan. I have a plethora of successful professional outcomes, fruitful failure lessons, and mindset motivational tools to ensure successful outcomes. My professional career has been rooted in advising, supporting, and providing resources for a diverse population in search of ANSWERS to the question of how to move forward. This is my passion. This is my purpose.
